Designed by Nick Faldo, and opened on 1st September 2008, the Golfer will encounter a meandering watercourse, rocky areas, surrounded by Spartan Holm Oaks, ancient Olive trees, Cacti and palm trees.

MORGADO - 10/15 minutes drive from villa going North West.

A fairly new course which opened in 2007/2008, lying North of Portimao.  It is laid out in a large 980 hectare estate through undulating small valleys.

SALGADOS GOLF CLUB - 10 minute drive from villa going East.

An 18 hole, par 72 - 6,080 metres and located just 6 kilometres from Armacao. Opened in September 1994.

SILVES GOLF - 8 minutes drive from Villa going North

Owned by the Pestana group, this course is surrounded by typical Algarve fruit orchards and small farms.

A 9 hole par 3 course designed by Dave Thomas.  Open daily from 8am.  It is advisable to book first.

PALMARES

An 18 hole course where there are five link holes strategically constructed on the first nine and after these the course takes you up high hills and deep valleys.

CARVOEIRO CLUBE GOLF  - 10-15 mins drive from Villa

Vale da Pinta is a challenging 18 hole championship course for the more experience golfer.

Quinta Do Gramacho is a pleasant double 9 hole course suitable for the less experienced golfer.

Facilities:  Driving range, practice putting green, professional tutor, club hire, buggies and trolleys.
