This lovely house is set in its own grounds of 3 acres with landscaped garden, lawn and carport. The house nestles in the centre of a fig orchard, (hence the name) with panoramic views of the sea and around to the Monchique mountains. The 11 x 5m heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a barbecue, exterior shower and pergola. Only 2km from the sea and the fishing town of Armacao de Pera with its lovely two mile long sandy beach. A perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Master bedroom with large king size bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. Doors leading to large balcony. Dressing room equipped with 2 single drawer beds, ideal for kids up to 8yrs.
Bedroom 2 – Twin room with en suite full bathroom. This room can be made into a super king double bed. Ground floor room.
Bedroom 3 – Twin room with en suite shower room . Ground floor room.
All bedrooms equipped with fans and electric radiators. |

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: |
Maid service provided 5 days per week. All linen and towels changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels also provided for pool use. |
Notes on Accommodation:
Pool
cleaning provided twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the winter period.
Gardeners:
Visit once a week to tidy, cut lawn if necessary and water shrubs – visit will normally last 2 hours.
Maid Service: 
provided 5 days per week.
High Chair and Cot available at no extra charge
OUTSIDE:
Private heated pool 11m x 5m surrounded by large terraces, with exterior shower, barbecue, Pergola providing outside dining for 8 persons, sun loungers and umbrellas.
Garden area has a large lawn and on the boundary are many Carob, Fig , Almond and Olive trees. Interior area of the garden is planted with  Oleanders, Bougainvillea, and palm trees.
